Miles Bio Production
Full Processing Cycle
Miles Bio carries out the full production cycle: from procuring antler velvet raw materials at maral deer farms in the Altai Mountains to manufacturing finished products at our own facility in Novosibirsk.
Raw Material Procurement
Antler velvet is harvested during a strictly defined period (May–June), when the content of bioactive substances reaches its maximum. Maral deer are kept in semi-wild conditions on high-altitude pastures of the Altai Republic (1,500–2,500 m above sea level). Free grazing from April to December ensures a natural diet of mountain herbs, which directly affects the quality of antler velvet.
Processing
At the Novosibirsk facility, raw materials undergo several stages:
- Incoming control — inspection on 12 quality parameters
- Primary processing — cleaning, grinding to specified fraction
- Enzymatic hydrolysis — protein breakdown under controlled conditions (temperature, pH, time)
- Extraction — aqueous or alcohol-aqueous depending on the product
- Drying/concentration — freeze-drying or vacuum drying for capsules, evaporation for concentrates
- Packaging — in consumer or industrial packaging
- Output control — laboratory testing of finished products
Certification
All Miles Bio products are manufactured in accordance with Technical Specifications (TS) and have the necessary permits. Production complies with the requirements of the Customs Union Technical Regulations (CU TR).
